The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and the ability to perform a variety of tasks that require physical strength. Work on commercial projects. Main roof systems include SBS, TPO, PVC, and EPDM.
Responsibilities
- Follow instructions from supervisors and foremen.
- Lay roofing materials.
- Cut and strip roofing materials as required.
- Handle and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Install insulation and fasteners.
- Perform heavy lifting as required to transport materials and equipment.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to all safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
- Work safely at heights.
Experience
- Roofing experience is considered an asset (flat roofing, shingling, etc.).
- Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the workday.
Working Conditions
- Work schedule is Monday to Friday, starting at 7:00 a.m., with a minimum 9-hour workday.
- Overtime may be required
- Fast-paced work setting.
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions, including winter cold and summer heat.
- Regular work at heights is required.
Projects are located at various job sites throughout the region. Having a valid driver's license and reliable transportation is considered an asset.

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
