Job Summary

Duties

- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, waxing, and eyelash extensions with precision and care
- Provide excellent customer service by listening to client needs and offering tailored solutions
- Manage front desk responsibilities such as greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and answering inquiries
- Promote retail sales by upselling skincare products and treatment packages in a friendly and qualified manner
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all treatment areas following health regulations




- Educate clients on skincare routines, product benefits, and aftercare instructions to ensure optimal results
- Build lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service and personalized attention

Qualifications

- Valid Esthetician license or certification as required by state law
- Experience with eyelash extensions is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
- Proven ability to upsell products and services while maintaining a positive attitude
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to handle front desk duties efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques and skincare industry trends is a plus
