Specializing in embroidery, screen printing, DTF (Direct To Film), and digital applications, we take pride in transforming our clients' visions into high-quality, tangible products.

We're looking for:
A versatile and diligent Logistics and Quality Assurance Coordinator. This role is essential for ensuring both the efficient handling of our shipping and receiving operations and the maintenance of our high-quality standards. Ideal for someone who excels in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is passionate about quality and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Efficiently manage the picking and staging of blank garments for production orders.
- Receive inbound orders from suppliers, meticulously verifying shipments for accuracy.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with freight partners,



managing delivery timelines for outbound shipments.
- Process customer shipments, including weighing, labeling, and updating the order system.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure products meet our high standards.
- Organize and maintain the shipping area, ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
- Perform additional duties as required, contributing to the smooth operation of our logistics and quality assurance processes.

What We're Looking For:

- Experience in shipping/receiving and quality assurance is highly regarded.
- Ability to efficiently navigate a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- A keen eye for detail, especially in quality control and inventory management.
- Positive, motivated, and qualified demeanor.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.25-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30.0 per week
