Overview

The Dishwasher keeps kitchenware, utensils, and work areas clean and ready for service. This hands-on role supports an orderly kitchen and helps the team serve guests smoothly during busy periods.

Duties

- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and food-service equipment using appropriate cleaning procedures.
- Keep dishwashing stations, floors, and nearby surfaces clean, organized, and clear of waste.
- Sort and store clean items safely, and restock supplies so kitchen colleagues can access what they need.




- Assist with basic food preparation or other kitchen tasks as directed, following safe food-handling practices.
- Your impact: Clean, available equipment helps colleagues maintain an efficient flow of food service.

Experience

Required: Practical cleaning skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow hygiene and food-handling procedures while working cooperatively in a kitchen. Preferred: Restaurant, kitchen, food preparation, cooking, food service, hotel, serving, or hospitality experience; familiarity with dishwashing routines and busy service environments is an advantage.

Pay: $15.90 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
