Overview
We are seeking an energetic and experienced Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious Italian dishes, ensuring food safety standards are met, and providing excellent food service to our customers. Your passion for cooking and attention to detail will help us maintain our reputation for quality and authenticity.

Duties

- Prepare a variety of Italian dishes with precision and consistency, following established recipes and standards
- Handle all aspects of food preparation, including chopping, marinating, seasoning, and assembling ingredients
- Cook meals efficiently while maintaining high quality and presentation standards
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures are followed at all times
- Assist in serving food to customers promptly and courteously during busy service hours
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations




- Support inventory management by monitoring ingredient levels and notifying management of shortages or spoilage

Experience

- Proven food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment, preferably with Italian cuisine
- Strong background in food preparation and cooking techniques
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Experience working in a busy kitchen setting with excellent time management skills
- Familiarity with meal preparation for large groups or restaurant service is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
