Overview

The Property Manager coordinates the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and improvement of residential properties to ensure a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained living environment for residents. This role works closely with maintenance staff, contractors, suppliers, and co-operative members to address maintenance concerns, coordinate repairs, and support the efficient operation of residential facilities.

Duties

- Coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, inspections, and service requests, ensuring issues are prioritized and resolved in a timely manner.
- Plan and oversee property improvement projects, coordinate contractors and maintenance personnel, monitor schedules and resources, and communicate progress to relevant stakeholders.
- Supervise maintenance and repair activities involving building systems, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and low-voltage systems.
- Review building plans, schematics, and maintenance documentation to help identify issues and coordinate appropriate technical solutions.
- Monitor the condition of residential buildings, common areas, and outdoor spaces to support safety, functionality, and proper upkeep.
- Maintain service records, track work orders,



coordinate preventive maintenance, and support compliance with applicable safety requirements.
- Communicate with residents and co-operative members regarding maintenance needs, repair schedules, and property-related concerns.

Skills

Required: Property and maintenance coordination, practical problem-solving, project planning, team leadership, and transparent English communication. Working knowledge of residential building systems, repairs, contractor coordination, and maintenance scheduling.

Preferred: Experience in residential property management, building maintenance, or facilities operations. Familiarity with CMMS or work-order tracking systems, HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems, building inspections, preventive maintenance, and contractor supervision.

Pay: From $73,904.78 per year
