Overview

As a Retail Associate, you’ll support customers throughout their shopping experience, help them choose products, and keep the sales floor organized. You’ll contribute to smooth daily operations through attentive service, accurate transactions, and clear communication.

Duties

- Welcome customers, answer questions, and provide helpful, qualified customer service in person and by phone.
- Explain product features, demonstrate technology, and use product knowledge to support sales and appropriate upselling.
- Process purchases and payments using POS systems; handle cash and apply basic math accurately.
- Maintain merchandising displays, organize products, and manage tasks effectively during busy periods.
- Your impact: Clear product guidance helps customers make informed choices and supports a well-prepared team.

Requirements

Required:



Strong communication, customer service, basic math, cashiering, cash handling, and POS skills support accurate transactions and helpful service. English proficiency, time management, organizational skills, and professional phone etiquette help you manage daily responsibilities.
Preferred: Retail sales or technical sales experience, including technology sales, product demonstrations, and upselling, is advantageous. Merchandising ability and bilingual or multilingual communication can help you serve a broader range of customers.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 per week
