We are looking for a 1st Party Collection Agent (internally referred to as Debt Recovery Account Manager), to help grow our business and contribute to our future. As a Debt Recovery Account Manager, you will be focusing on reconciling accounts under 60 days delinquent as 1st party collections. Communicate with customers using email and phone calls. Send and receive various documents to update accounts. Meet call and collection targets on a weekly basis. Communicate with clients on updates with accounts. Bilingual in French and English.



~ High level of communications skills. ~ Have knowledge of computer software like, Microsoft suit, soft phone applications and different CRM Systems. ~1-2 years of experience considered an asset but not required.
