Title: CNC Operator
Location: Ville Saint-Laurent, Montreal
Contract: Permanent, Full-time
Hours/Schedule: Night shift - 10 hours Monday to Thursday.
Salary: $25 to $29 per hour (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
- Producing compliant mechanical parts by strictly following industrial drawings, processes, and established quality standards.
- Setting up and operating machine tools (specifically laser) efficiently and safely to perform repetitive high-precision machining operations.
- Meticulously checking the dimensions of machined parts using micrometers, calipers, and various precision measuring instruments.
- Promptly reporting any anomaly, flaw, or non-conformity observed during production to the manager.
- Making the necessary adjustments to the equipment in order to faithfully respect the required tolerances.
- Maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe work setting by applying established cleanliness standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma of vocational studies in CNC machining or equivalent training in the manufacturing field.
- Relevant experience of 3 to 5 years in precision machining on numerically controlled equipment.
- Proven ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and work rigorously with strict measurements and tolerances.
- Great attention to detail, developed sense of precision, and exemplary commitment to the overall quality of parts.
- Positive verbal and written communication skills in English to read blueprints and manufacturing documents.
- Excellent punctuality, high reliability, and strong aptitude for autonomous work during the night shift.
