Are you an experienced Service Advisor who has experience with commercial trailer repairs, understands the importance of accurate estimates, and thrives in a fast-paced service environment?

Join GoRight’s Service Centre team and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and efficient fleet maintenance.

What You’ll Do

- Prepare accurate quotes for commercial trailer repairs and maintenance, with backup support for truck repairs.
- Manage work orders from equipment check-in through repair, invoicing, and customer pickup.
- Coordinate repair schedules, parts availability, technician workflow, and customer promise dates.
- Inspect incoming equipment, review technician findings, and obtain customer approvals before additional work proceeds.
- Keep customers informed with timely updates on repair progress, costs, and completion timelines.
- Ensure work orders, repair documentation, and invoices are accurate and completed on time.
- Collaborate with technicians, parts planners, and service management to keep operations running efficiently.

What You Bring

- 3+ years of experience as a Service Advisor or Service Writer in a truck or trailer service centre.
- Strong knowledge of commercial trailer repairs, maintenance, labour estimating, and parts.




- Excellent customer service, communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Strong computer skills and experience with maintenance or work order management software.
- Knowledge of VMRS coding and Standard Repair Times (SRTs) is an asset.
- Licensed 310J Technician or equivalent experience and expertise
