We are seeking a full-time Sales Representative to join our high-performing team, representing an established builder with active communities in the Niagara region. This on-site role involves managing the full sales cycle, from greeting prospective buyers to guiding them through the pre-construction purchase process. You’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with in-house marketing support and experienced leadership behind you.

What You’ll Do

- Represent TFN Realty and our builder client at new home communities
- Assist purchasers in selecting and securing new homes
- Guide buyers through every step of the sales process, from first contact to firm deal
- Stay informed on builder offerings, pricing, and procedures
- Attend on-site appointments, events, and presentations as needed

Requirements

- Active Ontario Real Estate Sales Representative License (required)
- Pre-construction or current home sales experience (preferred)




- Robust communication, follow-up, and client service skills
- Organized, driven, and able to work independently
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends when needed

Pay: $59,766.50-$76,777.29 per year
