About the Role

We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst with NetSuite or broader ERP experience to support client implementations and business process improvement initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with clients, understanding how their business operates, gathering requirements, and helping translate those needs into practical ERP solutions.

Responsibilities

- Work with clients and internal teams to understand business processes and requirements
- Gather, document, and validate functional requirements
- Translate business needs into NetSuite system requirements and solutions
- Support NetSuite configuration, testing, and implementation activities
- Assist with process mapping and workflow improvements
- Support UAT, issue resolution, and go-live activities
- Help prepare documentation, training materials, and client-facing presentations
- Participate in solution demonstrations and validation sessions
- Support integrations and data-related implementation activities
- Work closely with senior consultants throughout the project lifecycle
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

- 1–3+ years of experience in Business Analysis,



ERP consulting, functional consulting, or a similar role
- Experience working with ERP, CRM, SaaS, or business systems
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
- Ability to understand business processes and translate them into system solutions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting implementations, testing, UAT, or system rollouts
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Comfortable working in a client-facing environment

Preferred Experience

- NetSuite experience
- Experience with NetSuite configuration, workflows, reporting, or saved searches
- Full-cycle ERP implementation exposure
- Experience in Construction, Wholesale Distribution, Inventory, or Supply Chain environments
- Experience with integrations or data migration
- Previous consulting or skilled services experience

We’re looking for someone who is functional, analytical, and comfortable working directly with clients. The ideal candidate understands business processes, can clearly document requirements, and can support ERP implementations from discovery through testing and go-live.
