We are growing our RMT team and are looking for new and recent grads as well as experienced therapists who want to build a rewarding, long-term practice in a professional and supportive workplace.

Magnolia offers a signing bonus to get you started and an above average split from your first appointment that increases in the first year. Magnolianever charges our practitioners an administrative fee or other deductions.

About You

We're looking for RMTs who are:

● Pursuing or Actively registered with the CMTO and in good standing

● Professional, dependable and personable

● Passionate about providing excellent client care





● A strong communicator who listens to clients

● Interested in client education and helping clients achieve their goals

● Comfortable developing a returning client base

● Interested in working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment

Experience or additional training in areas such as deep tissue, relaxation massage, sports/remedial therapy, prenatal massage, cupping or other modalities is an asset and additional revenue for the practitioners.

Flexible Scheduling

We are currently considering both full-time and part-time RMTs.

Scheduling opportunities may include:

● Days

● Evenings

● Weekends
