Schedule: Sunday to Thursday, Overnight Shifts

Bee-Clean Building Maintenance is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor – Nights to oversee night operations across multiple client sites in Edmonton.

This hands-on leadership position focuses on supporting frontline employees, maintaining strong health and safety standards, and ensuring consistent service across assigned locations. The ideal candidate is a dependable and confident leader who can work independently, respond to operational needs, and build positive relationships with employees and site leadership.

Responsibilities

As Operations Supervisor – Nights, your responsibilities will include:

- Supervising and supporting frontline employees across multiple client sites
- Monitoring compliance with health and safety standards, policies, and procedures
- Conducting site inspections, safety audits, hazard assessments, and toolbox talks
- Leading incident investigations and ensuring corrective actions are completed
- Coordinating employee safety orientations, training, and ongoing development
- Addressing performance concerns and supporting employee relations matters professionally
- Maintaining accurate safety documentation, employee records, and inspection reports




- Providing coverage for site leadership and responding to operational needs as required
- Coordinating PPE, safety equipment, and other site requirements
- Building positive working relationships with employees, managers, and subcontractors

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

- Previous experience in operations supervision, site management, health and safety, or a related role
- Working knowledge of Alberta Occupational Health and Safety requirements
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Solid organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
- Comfort using computers and electronic documentation systems
- A valid driver’s licence and the ability to travel regularly between sites using a company vehicle
- The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
- Availability to consistently work overnight shifts from Sunday through Thursday
