Coach kids soccer on the same nights every week. Get paid from $22 an hour. Get trained, then climb.

Revolution Soccer runs weekly soccer classes for kids aged 3 to 12 across the Niagara Region, including St. Catharines, Niagara Falls, Thorold and Welland/Pelham, with new locations launching soon. Since 2017 we've coached more than 250,000 players, and our promise to families is simple: real coaches, not parent volunteers. That's where you come in.

You don't need to have played at a high level. You need to be the adult a nervous 4-year-old wants to follow onto the field, and the coach a 10-year-old wants to impress.

What you'll do

- Help run 2–3 one-hour classes on your set night(s), up to 20 kids with up to 3 coaches
- Run your station or group from our ready-made session plan: 30 minutes of themed skills, then games, always ending in a scrimmage or challenge
- Greet every child at the door, learn their names, and say goodbye to each one
- Spot the quiet kid and bring them in

What you get

- From $22 per hour (each class is one hour)
- Same sessions every week: Monday–Friday evenings and Saturday mornings, year-round (indoor in winter, outdoor in summer)
- A real pathway: every role has Steps 1–4 with a pay rise at each step after a review. Pay never goes down. Strong assistants can move into Head Coach (from $30/hr), Lead Coach, or running a whole location
- Paid training: our method, a shadow night, and a structured first 12 sessions. You never have to plan a session from scratch
- Experience that looks outstanding for Kinesiology, Education, ECE and Rec programs

You're a fit if

- Kids light up around you, and you light up around them
- You've worked with children anywhere: coaching, camp, babysitting, tutoring, lifeguarding, older sibling, parent
- You're the one who turns up early and never leaves people hanging




- You can commit to the same 1–3 sessions each week
- You're happy to travel to different locations across the Niagara Region, including new ones as we open them

This isn't for you if

- You want to coach elite or rep soccer only. Our players are 3–12 and the win is them loving the game
- You can't commit to set sessions each week

Requirements

- 18+
- Clear Vulnerable Sector Check before your first session (we'll guide you through it and refund the cost after 90 days)
- Two references, one from someone who has seen you with kids
- Complete our free safe-sport and concussion-awareness training before you start
- Reliable way to get to locations across the Niagara Region
