We’re seeking a refined, organized, and experienced Receptionist to join the team at Caleza, a luxury European-inspired aesthetics and medi spa.

Position: Full-Time

Location: Fraser Heights, Surrey

Who You Are:

You’re polished, skilled, and calm under pressure. You understand luxury service, are passionate about wellness and aesthetics, and know how to create a seamless, welcoming experience from the moment a client walks through the door.

Requirements:

– Must have previous experience working in a Medi spa or Aesthetic clinic

– Experience using the Jane App is required

– Excellent communication and customer service skills

– Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

– Tech-savvy and confident managing bookings, POS, and inquiries

– Impeccable personal presentation and a team-focused attitude

* Medical office assistant certification (MOA) is a bonus!





Responsibilities:

– Greet and check in clients professionally and warmly

– Manage the spa schedule, appointment bookings, and confirmations

– Handle phone calls, emails, and social media DMs professionally

– Process transactions, maintain POS accuracy, and manage gift cards/packages

– Maintain the cleanliness and elegance of the reception area

– Support aestheticians and management with daily spa operations
