Lead Residential Electrician / Foreman

Elevation Energy Inc. is looking for an experienced Lead Residential Electrician / Foreman who can independently run residential projects from rough-in through finishing.

We are not simply looking for another electrician. We are looking for someone who can be given a set of plans, a crew, and a project and confidently take ownership of the electrical work.

This is a senior-level position for someone with strong residential experience who can lead others, work independently, solve problems, keep jobs moving, and maintain a high standard of workmanship.

We are willing to pay very well for the right person.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

- Running residential electrical projects from rough-in through final completion
- Leading and organizing electricians and apprentices on site
- Reading plans and laying out complete residential projects
- Planning labour and material requirements
- Completing residential rough-ins efficiently and cleanly
- Completing finishing, devices, lighting, panels, service work, and deficiencies
- Troubleshooting electrical issues independently
- Coordinating with builders, site supervisors, homeowners, and other trades
- Keeping projects organized and on schedule
- Identifying problems early and finding solutions before they become delays
- Maintaining quality control and jobsite standards
- Training and helping develop apprentices and junior electricians
- Working independently when required
- Being a reliable and productive part of the team

What We’re Looking For

You should already be comfortable being handed a residential project and taking responsibility for getting it done properly.

You should be able to:

- Run a full residential rough-in without constant supervision
- Read plans and understand electrical layouts
- Lay out a house from drawings




- Direct apprentices and other electricians
- Plan the day’s work for a crew
- Determine material requirements ahead of time
- Rough in services, panels, kitchens, lighting, HVAC, EV charging, and other typical residential systems
- Complete finishing and deficiencies
- Troubleshoot independently
- Communicate professionally with builders and site supervisors
- Work efficiently without sacrificing workmanship
- Keep a crew productive and organized

Experience Required

Strong residential electrical experience is required.

This is not an entry-level journeyperson position and is not intended for someone who is still learning how to run projects.

We are happy to train the right person on how Elevation Energy operates, but you should already have the technical ability and experience required to take significant responsibility from day one.

Qualifications

- Journeyperson Electrician / Red Seal preferred
- Strong residential electrical background
- Experience running residential projects
- Previous crew lead, foreman, or supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of residential rough-in and finishing
- Ability to read construction drawings and electrical plans
- Strong troubleshooting ability
- Valid driver’s licence
- Dependable and organized
- Good communication skills
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation

$42.00–$55.00 per hour depending on experience and ability.





Higher compensation can be discussed for an exceptional candidate who can independently run crews and projects with minimal supervision.

We are looking for someone who can take real responsibility, and we are prepared to compensate accordingly.
