Summary

We are seeking a Marketing and Communications Coordinator who will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing marketing, communication, and public relations strategies that support Aspire’s mission, programs, and community initiatives. This role combines creativity, strategy, and technical skills to produce effective, meaningful communications that strengthen Aspire’s brand and community presence.

Responsibilities

· Coordinate marketing and communication materials for Aspire events and fundraisers.

· Manage Aspire’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

· Coordinate marketing and communications for all program areas, including training, resources and group programs.

· Track analytics and adjust strategies to improve performance and audience engagement.





· Write and edit newsletters, brochures, press releases, and other key materials.

· Plan and schedule advertisements (print, digital, and social media) to align with Aspire’s event and program calendar.

· Assist the events coordinator with marketing and execution of events.

· Manage and update Aspire’s website regularly, ensuring content is accurate and engaging (WordPress).

Requirements

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Constant Contact, and social media management tools (Meta, LinkedIn).

· Solid organizational and time management skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

· Knowledge of non-profit operations and fundraising practices (asset).

· Experience in Graphic Design principles.

· Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay: $47,566.00-$51,976.00 per year
