We want you to lead the next one.This is a contract opportunity for a hands-on AEM architect and technical lead to steer an enterprise-scale Adobe Experience Manager transformation, moving on-premises AEM environments to AEM as a Cloud Service. Working with one of our partners, a global leader in digital transformation and IT consulting, you'll design the target architecture, guide the development team, and modernize content management, digital asset management and omnichannel content delivery. You'll work hybrid from Toronto, 3 days a week onsite, and set the standard for how the team builds, including AI-assisted development workflows. AEM Cloud Migration Architect (Lead)– Adobe Experience Manager Responsibilities

- Lead the migration from on-premises AEM 6.5 to AEM as a Cloud Service, from architecture to go-live
- Design and build AEM templates, components, HTL, Sling Models, OSGi services, servlets and schedulers
- Design omnichannel and headless content delivery using Content Fragments, Experience Fragments and GraphQL
- Configure Cloud Manager pipelines and GitHub/Bitbucket repository sync, and optimize Dispatcher and CDN performance
- Integrate AEM with Adobe Experience Cloud and enterprise DAM,



and establish AI-assisted development best practices for the team

AEM Cloud Migration Architect (Lead)– Adobe Experience Manager Qualifications
Must Have

- At least one completed migration from AEM 6.x to AEM as a Cloud Service (mandatory)
- 8+ years of AEM experience, including 3+ years with AEM as a Cloud Service
- Expert knowledge of AEM Cloud architecture, Cloud Manager and deployment pipelines
- Hands-on AEM development (HTL/Sightly, clientlibs, OSGi, Sling Models) plus headless delivery, enterprise DAM and multi-site architectures
- Strong Dispatcher, reverse proxy and load balancer knowledge; proficiency with AI coding tools (Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot)

Nice to Have

- Adobe Experience Cloud integrations: Data Collection (Tags, Web SDK, Mobile SDK), Analytics, Target and AEP
- Adobe OpenAPI for AEM Assets and Sites, plus Adobe I/O and event-driven integrations
- Exposure to AI tools within AEM as a Cloud Service
- Modern CDN architecture, CI/CD pipeline design and DevOps best practices
- Adobe Certified AEM Developer or Architect
