Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Front - of - House Supervisor to lead our hospitality team with enthusiasm and professionalism. In this dynamic role, you will work alongside the management team to ensure smooth daily operations, maintain high service standards, coach staff and create a positive environment for both guests and employees.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise front - of - house operations during shifts.
- Lead, motivate and support servers, barteners and supporting staff.
- Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Support training and development of new team members.
- Monitor labour, break compliance and shift flow.




- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and management team.
- Help achieve service goals through upselling and service excellence.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 - 2 years of restaurant supervisory or leadership experience
- Solid leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm, organized and professional in a high - volume environment.
- Excellent problem - solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to take and apply direction
- Smart Serve Certification (required)
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- A positive attitude with a passion for hospitality.

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
