Key Duties & Responsibilities

- Greet and serve customers
- Serve tables efficiently and check in with guests throughout their visit
- Knowledge of menu and daily specials
- Take dine-in, takeout, and delivery orders accurately
- Use Square POS system
- Manage delivery orders through platforms such as DoorDash and SkipTheDishes
- Serve tables, alcohol, and beverages
- Maintain clean and organized front-of-house areas
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods
- Follow all food safety, health, and workplace policies

Skills & Qualifications

- Smart Serve certified
- Employment references
- Outgoing, friendly, and customer-focused personality
- Ability to handle busy service periods with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of Jamaican food and culture is an asset (not required)
- Able to take direction and work well in a fast-paced environment
- Serving experience preferred
- Customer service experience preferred




- Good understanding of restaurant service flow
- Experience with Square POS systems and delivery apps is an asset
- Float position experience (able to move between front house and back of house roles) is an asset

- Schedule may vary based on business needs
