We Are Authentic. We believe in transparency, accountability, and doing what we say we'll do.

Bring Campaigns & Product Launches to Life

- Plan and execute consumer marketing campaigns and product launches across provincial markets.

- Develop and maintain an annual marketing calendar aligned with commercial priorities.
- Manage marketing budgets, campaign timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate external agencies, designers, and content creators.
- Evaluate campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Connect With Retailers & Budtenders

- Develop product education materials, budtender training resources, and compliant point-of-sale assets.
- Collaborate with Sales and Trade Development on retail education programs, store visits, and industry events.
- Support initiatives that strengthen product knowledge, brand recognition, and retail engagement.
- Ensure educational and promotional materials meet applicable provincial requirements.

Create Engaging Digital Experiences

- Manage brand websites, email marketing, and applicable age-gated digital and social platforms.
- Develop creative, compliant content that supports product awareness and consumer education.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across digital channels.
- Monitor digital engagement, audience growth, and campaign effectiveness.

Balance Creativity With Compliance

- Ensure marketing activities align with the Cannabis Act and applicable provincial promotion restrictions.
- Coordinate reviews of marketing claims, imagery, and promotional materials with Regulatory and Quality Assurance.
- Analyze campaign results, provincial sales data, and retailer feedback to measure effectiveness.
- Prepare performance updates and recommend opportunities to strengthen consumer engagement and sales performance.

What You Bring

We're looking for someone who combines creative thinking with strong execution, commercial awareness, and the ability to turn ideas into results.

You'll bring:

- At least 4 years of experience in consumer marketing, brand management, or a related role, preferably within consumer packaged goods or a regulated industry.

- Working knowledge of Canadian cannabis promotion regulations or comparable regulated marketing environments.
- Demonstrated experience planning and executing marketing campaigns from concept through performance evaluation.
- Experience managing marketing budgets, agencies, designers, or external service providers.
- Solid writing skills, creative judgment, and brand management experience.
- Proficiency with digital marketing platforms, Microsoft Office, and marketing analytics tools.
- Confidence interpreting sales and campaign performance data to support business decisions.
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.

Even better if you have:
