Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive kitchen experience, and a passion for food preparation and presentation. Duties

- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with restaurant standards and recipes
- Supervise kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management
- Oversee food handling procedures to maintain safety and hygiene standards
- Manage food inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling waste to optimize kitchen efficiency
- Ensure all food served meets quality expectations and presentation standards
- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop menus and special offerings
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, adhering to health regulations and safety protocols




- Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service during serving hours
- Monitor compliance with food safety regulations and industry best practices

Requirements

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and restaurant management
- Supervising experience within a busy kitchen or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling techniques
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with staff and serving customers
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a quick-paced environment
- Experience with food industry operations, including inventory control and menu development
- Knowledge of hospitality practices and customer service excellence
- Ability to lead by example in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$24.18 per hour
