As Manager, Product Development, you will lead a multidisciplinary team spanning software development, product ownership, business analysis, and project delivery. You will align products, technology, and delivery practices with CaRMS’ strategic objectives and match-cycle requirements. This full time, permanent role includes occasional travel and overtime during critical deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead multidisciplinary product development operations, priorities, and delivery
- Coach team members and manage performance, recruitment, and development
- Improve Agile delivery, user stories, releases, and development processes
- Guide solution design, coding, reviews,



and technical troubleshooting
- Develop roadmaps and translate business needs into product priorities

Requirements:

- Computer Science degree or equivalent education and work experience
- Five years of hands-on software development experience
- Two years leading or managing developers and technical specialists
- Experience with Python, Laravel, Java, and WebLogic applications
- Experience with product ownership, requirements, and roadmapping
