As a Shipper Receiver, you will receive and prepare rental equipment for customer orders. You will select, prepare, and ship orders as needed while supporting the Shipping/Receiving team. The work includes equipment information, returned-tool inspections, deliveries, pickups, and branch operations. Customer service experience, tool knowledge, mechanical knowledge, and forklift experience are assets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide equipment and explain tool usage to customers
- Inspect returned tools and report damage to the team
- Route tools to the mechanical shop and storage
- Prepare items for delivery and pickup
- Help load and unload customer and driver trucks

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- French and English written and spoken
- Ability to lift heavy loads
- Meticulous, courteous, and resourceful approach
- Forklift experience is an asset
