Collective Waste Solutions is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and safety-focused Labourer to join our team in Fort McMurray, Alberta.

The successful candidate will assist with daily yard operations, general housekeeping, bin painting and repairs, equipment maintenance, and material handling. We are looking for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in keeping things organized, and works well in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform general yard cleaning, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Paint and refresh waste bins, equipment, fencing, and yard structures.
- Assist with basic bin repairs and minor equipment maintenance.
- Organize, label, and maintain yard inventory and materials.
- Load, unload, and move materials safely.
- Properly sort and dispose of waste and recyclable materials.
- Report damaged equipment, hazards, and low inventory to supervisors.
- Participate in safety meetings and follow company and site-specific safety procedures.
- Complete required hazard assessments and report incidents or unsafe conditions.
- Perform other general labour duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of general labour experience preferred.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labour.
- Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.




- Basic mechanical aptitude is an asset.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Willingness to maintain required safety tickets and training.

Pre-Employment Requirements

- Successful completion of pre-employment drug and alcohol testing is mandatory.
- Must meet company fitness-for-work requirements.

Pay: $26.00-$28.00 per hour
