We're a growing Maritime premium food brand, and our retail locations are all about creating memorable customer experiences, introducing people to our delicious products, and making great sales.

This is much more than standing behind a counter.

We're looking for people who genuinely enjoy talking with customers, approaching shoppers, sharing our story, recommending products, and confidently making sales.

Your Availability & Assigned Shifts

Our Mic Mac Mall location operates seven days a week.

Store Operating Hours:

- Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM–9:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:30 AM–9:00 PM
- Sunday: 12:00 PM–5:00 PM

Applicants must be available to work a minimum of four assigned shifts per week, including weekdays and weekends.

Shifts will generally be between 4 and 7 hours in length, although shift lengths may vary according to operational requirements.

We are particularly interested in applicants with flexible availability, including afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts.

Employees provide their availability in advance. However, individual shifts are assigned by Yo-Yo Cookies® based on operational requirements, customer demand, and staffing needs.

Applicants must have sufficient availability to accommodate at least 5 assigned shifts per week.

Work schedules will be provided in advance.

Please understand that providing availability does not mean you select your own shifts. Our management team assigns shifts based on the needs of the business.

What You'll Be Doing

- Welcoming customers and creating memorable shopping experiences.
- Actively approaching and engaging shoppers.
- Starting conversations and introducing customers to Yo-Yo Cookies®.
- Recommending products, offering samples, and confidently making sales.
- Helping customers select products for themselves, gifts, and special occasions.
- Sharing the Yo-Yo Cookies® story and introducing customers to our premium products.
- Learning our product range so you can confidently answer customer questions.




- Processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Restocking products and maintaining attractive retail displays.
- Keeping the store clean, organized, fully stocked, and beautifully presented.
- Taking responsibility for opening or closing procedures when assigned.
- Working independently and managing the retail location during your shift.
- Supporting sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the store.

We are looking for active salespeople, not simply cashiers.

Retail Experience

We're particularly interested in applicants with experience in:

- Specialty retail and boutique stores.
- Gift shops and premium food retail.
- Fashion, beauty, and lifestyle retail.
- Customer-focused and consultative sales.
- Shopping mall retail environments.
- Other customer-facing positions involving active selling.

Applicants with proven experience in customer engagement, product recommendations, and retail sales will be given preference.

However, a fantastic attitude, confidence, reliability, and a genuine enthusiasm for working with people are equally important.

Shift Information

- Our store operates seven days a week.
- Applicants must be available for a minimum of four shifts per week.
- Shifts may fall on any day from Monday through Sunday.
- Weekday and Saturday operating hours are 9:30 AM–9:00 PM.
- Sunday operating hours are 12:00 PM–5:00 PM.
- Shifts will generally be 4–7 hours in length.
- Afternoon, evening, and weekend availability is particularly important.
- Most shifts are worked independently, with one employee responsible for the retail location.




- Opening and closing shifts may require some time outside normal customer-facing operating hours.

Reliable availability is essential. Please do not apply if you are unable to accommodate the minimum scheduling requirements.
