We are seeking a talented, experienced Hair Stylist to join our growing salon. We are looking for someone who is motivated, personable, up to date on current hair trends, and confident behind the chair. As a Hair Stylist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' beauty and confidence through exceptional hair care services. You will be responsible for providing high-quality hair styling, cutting, and coloring services while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Requirements

- Existing Clientele
- Experienced and confident performing colouring, cutting and styling services

Responsibilities

- Provide professional hair styling services including cutting, coloring, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and offer expert advice on styles and products.
- Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling payments as needed.




- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products to provide clients with the best options available.

Skills

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficient in various hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and treatments.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively understand client needs and preferences.
- Ability to sanitize tools and maintain cleanliness in the salon environment.
- Front desk experience is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
