We're looking for a passionate, experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our Hamilton team and help clients take a proactive approach to their health, longevity and overall wellbeing.

The Opportunity

We're seeking a knowledgeable, personable and entrepreneurial Nurse Practitioner with an interest in hormone health, preventive medicine and longevity.

You'll work directly with clients to assess their health, develop personalized treatment plans and deliver evidence-informed care in a modern, collaborative wellness environment.

What You'll Do

- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and consultations.
- Assess and manage hormone health, including menopause, perimenopause and testosterone optimization.
- Order and interpret appropriate laboratory testing.
- Develop individualized treatment plans, including prescribing where clinically appropriate.
- Support clients with metabolic health, weight management and longevity-focused care.
- Provide ongoing follow-ups, education and treatment adjustments.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary wellness team.

What We're Looking For

- Registered Nurse Practitioner in positive standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
- Experience or strong interest in hormone therapy, preventive health and wellness.
- Excellent communication skills and a client-centred approach.
- Confident working independently within your professional scope of practice.




- A proactive mindset and genuine passion for helping clients optimize their health.

Bonus Qualifications — Not Required

- Experience with hormone replacement therapy (HRT/BHRT).
- Training in functional or integrative medicine.
- Experience with GLP-1 medications and metabolic health.
- Experience with medical aesthetic injections, including Botox and dermal fillers.
- Experience administering IV therapies or other wellness treatments.
