We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Property Manager / Maintenance Supervisor to oversee Sunshine Mini Home Court in Centreville and Country View Apartments in Jacksonville, New Brunswick.

This position combines general property maintenance with tenant management and day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is practical, organized, and self-motivated, with the ability to identify and resolve issues independently while maintaining positive relationships with tenants.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform general maintenance and repairs, including light carpentry, plumbing, painting, and handyman work.
- Conduct routine property inspections and maintain buildings, grounds, and common areas.
- Address maintenance issues, including minor water and septic concerns, and ensure properties are prepared for seasonal changes.
- Coordinate and oversee contractors, tradespeople, and snow removal services as needed.
- Respond to tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests professionally.
- Enforce property rules and regulations.
- Prepare and show vacant units to prospective tenants, including screening and qualifying applicants.
- Communicate with ownership regarding property conditions, repairs, and operational needs.

Qualifications & Requirements





- Experience in general property maintenance, repairs or a related trade.
- Previous property management or building maintenance experience is an asset.
- Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities and take initiative.
- Comfortable working with tenants and coordinating outside service providers.
- Valid driver's licence required.
- Applicants located in or near the Woodstock–Centreville area are strongly preferred due to the location of the properties.

Additional Information

Snow plowing is not required but must be overseen.Collection of rent is not part of the job duties.
