Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to lead and mentor a team of 30–50 associates on the production line. The ideal candidate will drive productivity, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and mentor production teams to meet safety, quality, and productivity targets
- Allocate labor and resources effectively to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency
- Identify training needs and implement development programs to enhance team capabilities
- Conduct root cause analysis to resolve production, quality, and equipment issues
- Track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), taking corrective actions where needed
- Enforce compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), GMP, and occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations
- Conduct regular Process Observation Audits (POAs) to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements
- Lead daily Gemba (Huddle) meetings to review performance and promote team engagement
- Manage containment and sorting processes for non-conforming products
- Champion Lean Manufacturing practices, including 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with internal and external quality audits and customer standards




- Facilitate quality circle meetings to drive cross-functional problem solving and root cause analysis

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communicator with strong leadership qualities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college diploma or technical education preferred
- Bilingual is an asset

- May require standing for extended periods and working in hot or noisy areas
- Exposure to production-related materials and processes
