Location: Hamilton, Ontario Pay: $35–$45 CAD per class, based on experience Anticipated Opening: Mid-January 2027

Rise & Flow Pilates is a new boutique Reformer Pilates studio coming to Hamilton, and we’re looking for enthusiastic instructors to join our growing team! Whether you’re newly certified or have teaching experience, we’d love to meet you!

What We’re Looking For:

Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor * Newly certified instructors welcome * Strong understanding of Pilates fundamentals and safe movement * Friendly, reliable, and passionate about teaching * Willingness to learn and grow * Weekend availability, with some weekday flexibility preferred
