Serve clients and visitors as a Client Service Professional at BDO’s Montreal office, using English communication and Microsoft Office skills in a blended work model.

This position supports the Office Administration team through reception, client inquiries, call routing, scheduling, payments, and document preparation. You will provide administrative support to local partners and staff while maintaining professional service. The work includes shared inbox management, electronic filing, meeting coordination, and office duties. Success requires integrity, respect, collaboration, organization, confidentiality, and attention to detail. Spoken and written English proficiency is required for frequent communication with English-speaking clients in Quebec and outside Quebec.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer phone and walk-in customer inquiries professionally




- Route calls and direct inquiries to appropriate departments
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, and office functions
- Process payments, invoices, mail, cheques, and courier packages
- Maintain reception, meeting rooms, kitchen, and security procedures

Requirements:

- Professional reception and general administrative experience advantageous
- Business Diploma or Office Administration course highly regarded
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication, organization, prioritization, and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work flexible schedule
