Lead financial integrity across the Americas for Keywords Studios, using statutory reporting, IFRS, Local GAAP, and team leadership remotely. Support accurate reporting and compliant operations for a global video game services platform.
As Finance Manager, you will report to the Director of Accounting and lead up to two team members. Your work covers controlling, management reporting, balance sheet governance, cash forecasting, tax, audit, and process excellence. You will also support budgeting, forecasting, system implementations, and entity rationalization across the Americas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct timely statutory financial statements under Local GAAP
- Manage IFRS and Local GAAP reconciliations and conversions
- Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and remediation
- Drive cash forecasting and working capital targets
- Lead team oversight, mentorship, and output reviews
Requirements:
- CPA or equivalent skilled qualification
- Five or more years of progressive global finance experience
- Experience managing and developing direct reports
- Understanding of controlling, internal controls, Local GAAP, and IFRS
- Statutory reporting, tax compliance, audit relationship experience
