Lead Elastic Security packaging and pricing on Elastic Cloud Serverless, applying SaaS strategy, margin modeling, and consumption pricing expertise.

As Principal Product Manager, you will own security tiers, entitlements, meters, margins, and customer payment experiences. You will shape pricing recommendations for executive approval while partnering across Product, Finance, Engineering, Sales, and Product Marketing. Your work spans SIEM, endpoint, cloud security, and AI features.

Key Responsibilities:

- Redesign Security packaging, pricing, tiers, entitlements, and usage meters
- Model COGS and set pricing requirements with Finance and Platform
- Grow Serverless Security through workloads, migrations, expansion, and retention




- Simplify sizing and pricing estimators for customers and Solutions Architects
- Write PRDs and lead delivery across engineering, billing, and operations

Requirements:

- End-to-end SaaS or cloud pricing and packaging leadership
- Required experience with usage-based or consumption pricing
- Comfort modeling COGS, gross margin, and ARR with Finance
- Understanding of multi-tenant cloud architecture and cost drivers
- Seven to ten years of product management experience
