This Project Manager oversees projects supporting adaptable, connected, inclusive, and hybrid learning environments. You will coordinate architectural and engineering disciplines, manage construction drawings and specifications, and address scope changes. Your work connects client expectations with contractual obligations and project performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop detailed architectural and engineering discipline work plans
- Monitor project progress, hours, budgets, schedules, and deliverables
- Lead integrated quality assurance and quality control procedures




- Negotiate scope changes and solutions meeting client expectations
- Document constructability issues with contractors and building authorities

Requirements:

- Five to ten years of project work experience
- Education project experience across relevant learning environments
- Knowledge of permit requirements and building codes
- Understanding of M&E; and structural building systems
- Professional association registration is an asset
