As a Food and Beverage Server, you’ll welcome guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a friendly, attentive manner. You’ll coordinate with colleagues to keep service flowing and help guests enjoy a smooth, comfortable dining experience.
Duties
- Greet guests, explain menu options, answer questions, and take accurate orders using a POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, check guest satisfaction, and suggest suitable items through attentive upselling.
- Process payments and handle cash accurately; use basic math to verify bills and transactions.
- Follow food handling, food safety, and sanitation practices while keeping service areas clean and organized.
Experience
Required: Clear communication, customer service, time management, basic math,
accurate POS use, and protected food handling support dependable service and payment processing. Preferred: Food service, restaurant, hospitality, guest services, serving, cashiering, or kitchen experience; familiarity with Micros POS, food preparation, cash handling, and sanitation is an advantage. Your impact: Attentive service helps guests feel welcomed and enables colleagues to coordinate orders efficiently.
Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
