Job Summary

Nature’s Emporium is a specialty grocery and wellness retailer dedicated to helping our customers Eat Well, Live Better. We offer a thoughtfully curated assortment of natural, organic, and wellness focused products, supported by knowledgeable teams and a strong commitment to quality, integrity, and community.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Provide responsive and exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, making personalized recommendations, offering product samples, and addressing customer requests and inquiries.
- Prepare a wide variety of juices, smoothies, coffees, and other beverages according to standardized recipes and customer preferences.
- Update displays, cases, and other customer-facing areas to showcase recent items, promotions, and menu changes in an appealing manner.
- Ensure the juice bar workspace is clean, organized, and ready to serve customers by regularly cleaning surfaces, equipment, and floors, as well as promptly removing trash and recycling.
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and provide excellent customer service.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers and POS systems.

Qualifications and Skills





- Excellent customer service, communication, and math skills.
- Ability to comprehend and follow all company procedures and regulations regarding food handling and sanitation.
- A courteous and efficient approach to handling customer requests, questions, and complaints.
- Operate equipment and tools such as knives, juicers, blenders, scales, cash registers, etc.
- Previous juice bar or barista experience
