What You'll Do

- Manage inventory accounting, reconciliations, and valuations using SAP Business One (SAP B1).
- Maintain fixed asset records, depreciation schedules, and capital expenditure tracking.
- Prepare journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, and month-end reporting.
- Investigate financial discrepancies and inventory variances.
- Support financial audits, reporting, and internal controls.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and SAP B1 functionality.
- Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Operations.
- Provide occasional Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable support.

What We're Looking For

- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of accounting or financial analysis experience.
- SAP Business One (SAP B1) proficiency is REQUIRED.
- Experience with inventory accounting, fixed assets, and financial reconciliations.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.

Nice to Have:

- SAP Business One Superuser experience.
- Manufacturing or inventory-intensive accounting experience.
- CPA designation or actively pursuing CPA certification.

Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
