We are looking for an experienced Retail Operations & Training Manager to improve store performance, streamline processes, and develop effective training programs across a multi-location retail network. This role combines operational oversight, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to support consistent execution and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement training programs, tools, and resources to strengthen store team performance.
- Identify training needs, evaluate program effectiveness, and improve learning initiatives based on feedback and results.
- Monitor store operations and address challenges related to inventory, omnichannel processes, customer service, and operational standards.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess execution, identify improvement opportunities, and support the implementation of new initiatives.
- Collaborate with regional and district leaders to ensure consistent practices across locations.
- Lead a team of three operations professionals, overseeing projects, priorities, coaching, and performance.
- Partner with HR, Marketing, Visual Merchandising,



and Brand teams on operational and training initiatives.
- Coordinate communications to stores, including weekly internal updates, and contribute to projects that support business performance and growth.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in retail operations, store management, or a related field.
- Experience in operational improvement, training and development, and team leadership.
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to changing priorities, and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to develop and implement initiatives that improve operational performance and achieve business objectives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with tools such as SurveyMonkey or GoCanvas is an asset.
- Bilingual in French and English.
