This role is intended for an engineer or EIT with strong building-envelope fundamentals who is ready to take increasing ownership of projects, communicate directly with clients and project teams, and develop toward an independent Project Manager role.

The position will work closely with BMAC’s senior Building Science staff and New Construction team lead.

- adhesion testing,
- moisture investigations, and
- other field verification activities.
- Review test results and provide recommendations where deficiencies are identified.
- Assist in developing testing protocols and quality-control requirements.

Project Management

- Assist with preparation of proposals, scopes of work, budgets, and schedules.
- Track project budgets, deliverables, and deadlines.
- Communicate directly with clients, architects, contractors, developers, and other consultants.
- Manage assigned projects with increasing independence.

- Solid technical writing and report-preparation skills.
- Strong verbal communication and qualified client-facing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is technically strong but also interested in becoming more than a production engineer.

We are looking for someone who:

- takes ownership of their projects;
