Lead global People programs remotely from Canada, applying change leadership and operational excellence across complex HR initiatives.

As a People Programs Manager at Autodesk, you will deliver, optimize, and support adoption of global People and HR programs. Partner with Centers of Excellence and cross-functional stakeholders to keep programs scalable and operationally ready. This 12-month fixed-term contract reports to the Senior Manager, People Programs Delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead global People and HR program delivery with COEs
- Develop change management and service readiness plans
- Track performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
- Deliver enablement, training, and communications
- Facilitate retrospectives and post-implementation reviews

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Three-plus years managing HR or People programs
- Experience with global initiatives and employee experience
- Robust project management and stakeholder influencing skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, HR platforms, and collaboration tools
