This Regional Manager role leads a portfolio of dental clinics while developing Clinic Managers and strengthening operational performance. You will balance patient-centred care with budgeting, forecasting, workforce optimization, and measurable growth. The remote position is aligned to the Toronto Support Centre and requires regular regional travel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set annual goals with Clinic Managers and Lead Dentists
- Improve appointment planning, clinic flow, and patient engagement
- Coach managers on budgeting, forecasting, and payroll
- Maintain regulatory, provincial, and facility standards




- Connect clinics with Support Centre programs and resources

Requirements:

- Proven multi-site management experience of 5+ years
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is an asset
- Knowledge of dental regulatory and compliance standards
- Agile prioritization and robust operational execution skills
- Ability to travel frequently with a valid driver's license
