Cerence is seeking a Senior Payroll & Advantages Analyst to deliver accurate, timely payroll across US and Canada and to support benefits administration. The role reports to the Director of Global Payroll & Benefits and can be based remotely in the US or in our Montreal office.
You will oversee bi-weekly payroll for 200+ Canadian employees and 100+ US employees, ensure data integrity, and coordinate regulatory filings across jurisdictions, with emphasis on SOX controls and process improvements.
