About LYNA LYNA is building the nutrition layer for women’s health. We’re a growing women’s health and nutrition platform helping women understand the connection between food, their cycle and hormonal health — with personalised, evidence-informed guidance for areas including PCOS, endometriosis, fertility and perimenopause. We already have 15,000+ women on our waitlist, 400+ user interviews and 5+ clinical experts supporting our approach. We’re now looking for an Influencer Marketing Intern to help us build our creator and influencer community. The Opportunity This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to learn how influencer marketing actually works inside an early-stage healthtech startup. You’ll work directly with the LYNA team to identify creators, start conversations, build partnerships and help turn creator relationships into measurable growth. This isn't about sending hundreds of generic DMs. We want to find the right people with the right audiences and build genuine, long-term relationships with them.

What you'll do
- Research and identify relevant influencers and creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and other platforms
- Find creators working in women's health, nutrition, fitness, wellness, PCOS, fertility, menopause, perimenopause and related areas
- Build and maintain a database of potential creators and partners
- Reach out to creators and introduce them to LYNA
- Help develop influencer outreach messages and partnership ideas
- Manage conversations and follow-ups with creators
- Help coordinate product trials, content collaborations and ambassador opportunities
- Track influencer performance, engagement and referrals
- Identify creators who could become long-term LYNA partners
- Monitor trends and identify emerging creators and content formats




- Help us understand what women are talking about online and turn those insights into growth opportunities
- Experiment with different outreach and partnership strategies What we're looking for You don't need years of marketing experience. We're looking for someone who is:
- Naturally curious about social media and creator culture
- Comfortable researching and reaching out to people
- A robust communicator
- Organised and able to manage multiple conversations
- Interested in influencer marketing, growth and startups
- Comfortable working independently
- Excited by women's health, nutrition, fitness or wellness
