Landscape Maintenance Supervisor

Eternal Spring Landscaping Ltd. is a family-operated landscaping business that has proudly served our clients since 1997. We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and motivated Landscape Maintenance Supervisor to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled landscaping professional with strong leadership abilities who takes pride in their work and is committed to maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of landscaping experience, with previous supervisory experience preferred. A company truck will be provided for commuting to and from work.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of landscaping or landscape maintenance experience
- Valid driver's license
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to producing quality work

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous landscape maintenance supervisory or crew leadership experience
- Experience driving a truck and trailer
- Residing in North Vancouver or the surrounding area

Job Duties

- Lead and assist with daily landscape maintenance tasks and support crew members as needed
- Cultivate, weed, and maintain garden beds
- Mow lawns, trim edges, blow clippings, fertilize,



and perform other lawn care duties
- Load and unload trucks and trailers
- Transport and install soil, mulch, and plant materials for landscape garden installations
- Prune trees, shrubs, and hedges
- Safely operate and maintain landscaping equipment, including lawn mowers, line trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, pruning saws, and sod cutters
- Help ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard

Compensation and Benefits

- $29–$35 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
- Company truck provided for commuting to and from work
