As a Cashier/Customer Service team member, you’ll support customers through friendly service, accurate transactions, and helpful product guidance. You’ll contribute to an organized, welcoming shopping experience while working efficiently with colleagues.

Duties

- Process purchases and payments using POS systems, handle cash accurately, and apply basic math to verify transactions.
- Assist customers with product questions, demonstrate products, and recommend relevant options through thoughtful upselling.
- Support retail sales and merchandising by keeping products organized and displays presentable.
- Manage customer inquiries in person and by phone, using clear communication and qualified phone etiquette.

Skills

Required: Bring customer service, cashiering, cash handling, POS, basic math, communication, time management, and organizational skills, with English proficiency to assist customers and complete transactions accurately. Preferred: Retail sales, technology sales, product demonstrations, upselling, merchandising, and technical sales experience are valuable strengths; bilingual or multilingual abilities can help you serve a wider range of customers.

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
