AJF Wellness Club is the only premium women’s membership gym in the Tricity area - a space where women come together to feel confident, empower each other and genuinely THRIVE in their journeys!

AJF staff are a passionate team, working together to change women's lives for the long-term through premium fitness, nutrition and mindset coaching. Together, we create a community that allows women to truly thrive and transform to their fullest potential. We foster this community through our:

- Premium female-focused membership gym, AJF Wellness Club
- Top of the line one-on-one Personal Training, Semi-Private Training and Online Coaching
- Client-exclusive meet up’s and events (such as our annual AJF Team Photoshoot)
- Additional AJF workshops, seminars, webinars and other live events (such as our annual Uptown Summer Sweat event)

All of these features help us provide women with a sense of belonging and empower them to flourish, giving them the tools and support they need tobecome the best version of themselves. AJF staff form caring, trusting relationships with every client and member. They act as mentors, positive motivators, educators and inspirations in each woman’s fitness journey.

AJF CLUB EXPERIENCE ASSOCIATE ROLE:





- Welcome club members & clients, ensuring an empowering, premium experience
- Perform new member Club Tours & Welcome Sessions
- Assist with New Member Consultations & club membership sales
- Actively collaborate as a team with other AJF staff, as AJF continues to grow!

FOR THIS ROLE, WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

- Values align with AJF & passionate about helping other women thrive & transform
- Previous experience in a premium sales role (bonus: experience in sales within the fitness industry!)
- Experience working in a front desk or administrative role
- Walks the talk (exemplifies AJF’s core values in their own life)
- Eager to learn & grow in a career with AJF for the longterm!

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 25.0 per week

- Customer service: 1 year (required)
