Who we are

Zero Risk Growth is a top 1% B2B lead generation agency (ranked by Instantly, OpenAI, multiple industry awards). We’ve run outbound for dozens of B2B companies, and we’ve taken everything we’ve learned and built it into a product: Thaw AI.

We’re hiring a closer to sell it.

What you’ll be selling

Thaw AI is an AI outbound platform. Its agents find a business’s ideal prospects, run cold outbound campaigns for them and handle the replies, so the business gets booked sales meetings without hiring an outbound team, fully automated.

You won’t prospect

Every call is booked for you by our own outbound engine. Expect 40 consistent calls a week with B2B decision makers who have already shown interest. You’ll be selling an outbound product that fills your own calendar, which sets it up nicely for a demo.

You’ll own the close

No setters, no handoffs. You take each call from discovery to signed and paid.

You’ll get in early

Thaw is recent.



The first sales team members write the playbook, work directly with the founders, and are first in line to lead the sales team as Thaw scales.

What you’ll do

- Run pre-booked calls with B2B decision makers
- Qualify hard and disqualify bad fits early
- Present Thaw, handle objections and close on the call
- Follow up on undecided prospects, no-shows and reschedules
- Feed what you hear on calls back to the founders to sharpen the offer

Requirements

- 3+ years closing B2B deals on pre-booked calls
- 3+ years in commission-based sales
- Able to work MT hours
