Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and quality standards are met. This position requires a passion for the food industry and a commitment to providing an outstanding dining experience for our guests.

Duties

- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.
- Assist with food handling, serving, and upselling menu items to enhance the guest experience.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations throughout all food preparation processes.
- Perform basic math calculations for order accuracy and cash handling duties.

Requirements





- Previous experience in the food service industry or restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being able to take initiative when necessary.
